About Mrs. Hernandez

I studied Elementary Education at Florida International University and received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I also have my ESOL endorsement and a Reading Endorsement. This is my twentieth year teaching and my ninth year at Franklin Academy. I have taught first, second, and third grade.

I am married to the best 8th grade Math teacher at Franklin Academy and have a vibrant and beautiful 10 year old daughter named Helena that will be in fifth grade at Franklin this year.

*Papers in the Keep at Home section can be kept at home, but the yellow Communication. folder must be brought back to school.

*Please review and return signed graded papers the following school day.

*Read daily for 30 minutes so that your child completes his/her A.R. goal.
